Yes, in order to receive the discounts you have to present your membership.

No, this means it last one year from the day you enrolled. It does not matter the date of the year.

In the same way it is acquired for the first time, through our website (Enrollment) or at our points of sale in Tijuana and Mexicali.

There are no refunds, cancellations, or transfers of membership once purchased. If you are not satisfied with the service received, you should send an email to info@mexsaludmx.com explaining what happened in order to provide you a solution. Renewals are not automatic, so if you do not want to continue with your membership, avoid renewing it.
